Juicy fish meatballs in cream sauce with spinach
| minced fish (from a mixture of fish fillets) 700 g |

| cream (20%) 30 ml |
| breadcrumbs 40 g |
| wheat flour 30 g |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |
| salt, white pepper to taste |
| SOUCE: |
| spinach 200 g |
| leek 80 g |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| sweet pepper 120 g |
| broth 150 ml |
| white dry wine 60 ml |
| cream (20%) 250 ml |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| oregano |
Step 1
Add breadcrumbs, egg, cream, salt, pepper and mix well.
Step 2
Form meatballs, coat them in flour and fry in oil until browned.
Step 3
Chop and fry the sweet peppers, garlic and leeks.
Step 4
Add the spinach, wine, stock, cream, salt, black pepper and oregano.
Step 5
Put the meatballs in the sauce and braise for 7-10 minutes. Enjoy!
Stuffing is better to prepare independently from a mixture of fish fillets, cleaned from bones and skin.
