Ingredients


onions 80 g
carrot 80 g
celery stalk 80 g
garlic 2 cloves
chicken broth 1.5 liters
green beans 100 g
round grain rice 50 g
olive oil 20 ml
bay leaf 2 pcs
FRICKADELS:
minced chicken 300 g
egg 1 pc
breadcrumbs 15 g
hard cheese 50 g
olive oil 15 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
paprika
oregano

Instructions


Step 1

For the meatballs, grate the cheese, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Form small balls and fry them in oil until browned.

Step 2

Chop onion, carrot, celery stalk, garlic and fry in the same oil.

Step 3

Then put into boiling broth, add bay leaf, rice, salt and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4

After that, add string beans and meatballs. Cook the soup for another 3 minutes.

Step 5

At the end of cooking, if desired, put chopped parsley. Bon appetit!
