Fish meatballs with crab sticks in soy-honey glaze.

| carp fillet 0.5 kg |
| green onion 10 g |
| parsley 10 g |
| lemon 1/2 |
| olive oil 20 ml |
| soy sauce 80 ml |
| honey 30 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| fresh chili pepper |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| dried ginger |
| dried garlic |
Step 1
Grind the carp fillets in a meat grinder. Add salt, ginger, black pepper and garlic. Mix the mince, baste lightly, then let it stand for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the stuffing. Chop the crab sticks, chili peppers, green onions, parsley and combine. Add salt, lemon juice and mix.
Step 3
Form balls from the stuffing, fill with crab sticks and roll into balls.
Step 4
Fry the meatballs in heated oil until golden.
Step 5
Then add the soy sauce and honey and cook until glazed.
Step 6
Serve topped with lime, green onions, chili peppers and nori leaves. Enjoy.
