Appetizing carp fillet in fragrant honey marinade with green salad
| carp fillet (on rib bones) 600 g |
| honey 20 g |
| soy sauce 20 ml |
| zest of half a lemon |
| vegetable oil 40 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| ground black pepper |
| ground coriander |
| dried garlic |
| FOR SALATE: |
| parsley 15 g |
| basil 15 g |
| dill 15 g |
| green onion 15 g |
| radish 40 g |
| olive oil 20 ml |
Step 1
Prepare the marinade. Mix olive oil with honey, lemon zest and soy sauce.
Step 2
Season the carp fillets with salt, pepper, garlic and coriander and put them in the marinade for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Grease a grill rack with oil and place the fillets skin side down on it. Roast until cooked through.
Step 4
Prepare the salad. Chop green onions and radishes, mix with leaves of greens. Salt, pepper and dress with olive oil.
Step 5
Serve the carp fillet with the salad. Bon appetit!
