For a lunchtime energy boost, a thick Mediterranean fish soup Brodet with seafood

garlic 6 cloves |
pelati tomatoes 400 g |
white dry wine 120 ml |
olive oil 50 ml |
parsley 10 g |
dill 10 g |
green basil 10 g |
Mediterranean herbs 1 tsp. |
TO TASTE: |

Step 1
Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. Pour in the wine and allow the alcohol to evaporate.
Step 2
Add the blenderized tomatoes, salt and spices. Stir and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Pour the sauce into a saucepan, add the coarsely chopped fish fillets and seafood. Salt, stir, simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with chopped herbs. Enjoy.
