A dream soup for outdoor recreation. Everyone will gladly help you cook, and in the evening - eat the divine soup all to the last spoonful. So it is better to take a 20-liter cauldron.

onion (peel and chop finely) 1 pc |

potatoes (peel and chop) 6 pcs. |
carrots (peel and chop) 2 pcs. |
kohlrabi florets (cut) 1 pc |
celery stalk (cut) 2 pcs. |
Step 1
In a cauldron fry lard and onions. When the onions are slightly golden, add paprika, mix well and pour water over them. Throw potatoes and carrots into the water first, and after about 20 minutes - kohlrabi and celery.
Step 2
When the vegetables are soft, throw in the broth with the crucifers. Add the chili and simmer with the lid closed until the fish and vegetables have softened.
Step 3
Remove the cauldron from the heat, take out the vegetables and fish. Strain through a sieve and throw back into the pot. Add a little water, add the catfish pieces, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the fish is ready.
