pineapple 150 g |
red onion 50 g |
celery stalk 80 g |
olive oil 40 ml |

cilantro |
mint |

Step 1
Chop all ingredients for salsa, season with salt, pepper and oil.
Step 2
Salt and pepper the turkey and fry in oil until cooked through.
