| turkey fillet (2 pieces of 250 g each) 500 g |

| SALSA: | 
| pineapple 150 g | 
| red onion 50 g | 
| celery stalk 80 g | 
| olive oil 40 ml | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| fresh chili pepper | 
| cilantro | 
| mint | 
| salt | 
| black pepper | 
Step 1
Chop all ingredients for salsa, season with salt, pepper and oil.
Step 2
Salt and pepper the turkey and fry in oil until cooked through.
Step 3
