Step 1
Combine the grated butter with the sifted flour and salt and rub into the crumbs. Add the egg, knead the dough, wrap it in clingfilm and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Step 2
Spread the dough on the mold. Make a few punctures with a fork and bake the cake at 190 degrees for 10-12 minutes, then let it cool.
Step 3
Prepare the filling. Cut the potatoes into slices, blanch them in salted water and then dry them. Mix oil with spices and salt. For the filling, combine grated cheese, sour cream, eggs, salt, black pepper and chopped herbs.
Step 4
Place a layer of potatoes in the crust, salt, pour a small amount of butter and part of the filling. Lay out the layers in the same sequence until all the ingredients are finished. Bake the pie at 175 degrees for 35 minutes. Bon appetit!
