Potato pie with minced pork and bacon

Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the cream, 80 grams of butter, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, turmeric, dried garlic and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Mash the potatoes, add the cream mixture, eggs and mix until smooth.
Step 3
Grease the mold with the remaining butter. Spread the mashed potatoes over the bottom and sides, cover with cling film and place in the fridge.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Chop the onion, pepper and bacon and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 5
Then add the minced meat and fry for 7 minutes. Season with spices, salt, add ketchup, green onions, stir and remove from the stove.
Step 6
Place the stuffing in the mold with the cooled potatoes. Spread the béchamel sauce and cheese on top.
Step 7
Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Bon appetit!
