Gastronomic top of the feast - main course - pork loin with balik and mashed potatoes gratin

warm cream (30%) 120 ml |
egg yolk 3 pcs |
butter 50 g |
vegetable oil 15 ml |
garlic 2 cloves |

Step 1
Salt and pepper the pork loin and fry it in a mixture of oils with thyme, rosemary and garlic.
Step 2
Add cream, yolks, grated cheese and mashed potato potatoes boiled in salted water. Then add finely diced balik and mix.
Step 3
Grease a mold with butter. Spread the mashed potatoes in it and put the pork loin on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 220℃ under top grill or at maximum temperature under top heat until browned. Enjoy.
