sugar 100 g |
warm cream (30%) 100 ml |
vanilla sugar 1 g |
Step 1
Prepare the caramel. Combine the sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and melt at a low temperature. Pour in the cream, stir until smooth and allow the caramel to cool slightly.
Step 2
Prepare the muffins. Combine the butter, egg and sugar. Beat with a mixer.
Step 3
Sift flour with baking powder, add milk, salt, mix with mixer.
Step 4
Combine both mixtures with the caramel and chopped toffee. Mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Pour the dough into parchment-lined molds and bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 6
