Muffins of vermicelli with ham and two kinds of cheese filling
| vermicelli 200 g |
| grated mozzarella 200 g |
| cream cheese 100 g |
| ham 120 g |
| eggs 5 pcs |
| cream (20%) 60 ml |
| wheat flour 30 g |
| green onion feathers 20 g |
| butter 15 g |
| olive oil 15 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| red pepper |
Step 1
Boil the vermicelli until tender in salted water.
Step 2
Season with olive oil and allow to cool. Then mix with the finely diced ham.
Step 3
Mix half of the grated cheese with the red pepper and cream cheese.
Step 4
Grease muffin molds with butter, fill halfway with macaroni and ham. Then divide the cheese mixture equally and fill the molds to the top with macaroni.
Step 5
Combine eggs, cream, flour, chopped green onions, salt and pepper. Stir and pour the mixture over the pasta. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 6
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit.
