Delicious, healthy cottage cheese and carrot muffins that are perfect for breakfast for kids and adults alike.

By the way, originally muffins were considered exactly a morning meal. And not just because they bake quickly. Due to the relatively low sugar and fat content, it is quite a healthy source of carbohydrates.

Ingredients


fat-free cottage cheese 150 g
boiled carrots 1 pc
sugar 100 g
eggs 2 pcs
softened butter 50 g
wheat flour 100 g
vanilla sugar 5 g
leavening agent 1 tsp.
salt pinch

Instructions


Step 1

Beat the eggs with the sugar until puffy and frothy.

Step 2

Combine the cottage cheese and butter and beat with a blender until smooth.

Step 3

Add sifted flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, salt, beaten eggs with sugar, diced carrots and mix.

Step 4

Place paper "rosettes" in the baking molds and fill them 2/3 full with dough.

Step 5

Bake the muffins at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
