Czech beer soup with smoked sausages
| light beer 0.5 liters |
| butter 100 g |
| wheat flour 70 g |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| chicken stock 0,5 l |
| cream (20%) 250 ml |
| cinnamon 1 pinch |
| ground cumin 1 pinch |
| dried ginger 1 tsp. |
| smoked sausages 300 g |
| rye bread 4 slices |
| salt |
| pepper |
Step 1
Fry the chopped garlic and flour in butter until golden.
Step 2
Pour in the beer and stir the mixture until thickened.
Step 3
Then add the stock, chopped roasted hunting sausages, ginger, cumin and cinnamon. Reduce the temperature and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the soup with bread crumbs grated with garlic.
