 
Recover in the middle of a challenging day — try beef stroganoff with a serving of airy mashed potatoes for lunch.
| beef (entrecote) 0.5 kg | 
| onions 2 pcs | 
| fresh mushrooms 400 g | 
| spinach greens 1 bunch | 
| cream 1,5 cup | 
| vegetable oil 4 tbsp. | 
| salt, ground black pepper to taste | 
Step 1
Peel the beef, slice across the fibers 1 cm thick and lightly baste.
Step 2
Slice the entrecote and mushrooms into 2-3 mm thick slices and the onion into 2 mm thick slices.
Step 3
Fry the beef, onions and mushrooms in vegetable oil for 2 minutes until golden, salt, pepper, pour cream and stew for 5-6 minutes (alternatively, you can coat the meat in flour mixed with salt and pepper and fry separately from the onions and mushrooms).
Step 4
Then you should add spinach, torn in large pieces, and mix well. Serve the beef stroganoff with mashed potatoes.
