Step 1
Peel the bananas, cut 2 bananas in half and leave 2 whole.

Place butter and brown sugar in a thick-bottomed pan, add cinnamon and vanilla. Heat until a smooth caramel forms, dip the bananas in it and turn them over so that the bananas are in the caramel.
Step 3
Place an iron mold on the puff pastry and cut out the pastry under it. Make incisions with a fork all over the dough.
Step 4
Place the bananas in caramel in the mold and drizzle with the leftovers. On top of the bananas, place the dough cut out in advance and smooth it over the edges so that the dough lies tightly.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
