Eggs 7 pcs |
Sugar 350 g |
Flour 350 g |
Soda 5 g |
Lemon juice 15 ml |
Vanilla extract 2 g |
Apples 1,5-2 kg |
Cane sugar 50 g |
Butter 10 g |
Step 1
Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy. Add the flour to the eggs and sugar and knead the dough. Reduce the soda with lemon juice. Add to the dough.
Step 2
Grease a mold with butter and place the dough in the mold.
Step 3
Peel the apples, remove the core and slice. Place the apples on top of the pastry, sprinkle the pie with cane sugar.
Step 4
Bake at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the pie warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Decorate with powdered sugar.
