A universal recipe for all occasions. Especially in the cold season, when you can't do without a folk remedy for colds, such as garlic. But we suggest serving croutons with fragrant garlic mixture with herring and avocado mousse.

For the preparation: |
Garlic 30 cloves |
Olive oil (extra virgin) 100 ml |
Step 1
Peel the garlic.
Step 2
Grind the garlic and olive oil in a blender to a mushy consistency. This preparation can be stored in the refrigerator in a jar for several weeks. Use it as a flavorful mixture for fresh bread or croutons.
Step 3
Dry slices of Borodino bread in the oven and then cool them down.
Step 4
Meanwhile, peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut half of the avocado into small cubes. Cut the herring fillets into the same cubes and mix with the avocado.
Step 5
Brush the croutons with the garlic mixture and top each with a teaspoon of the avocado and herring mixture. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
