Exquisite, bright, hearty and very tasty French salad Nicoise with canned tuna
| canned tuna (s/s) 160 g |
| boiled potatoes 120 g |
| boiled eggs 3 |
| Iceberg lettuce 100 g |
| cherry tomatoes 100 g |
| green beans 100 g |
| sweet pepper 80 g |
| seedless olives 40 g |
| butter 30 g |
| salt to taste |
| DRESSING: |
| juice of half an orange |
| olive oil 60 g |
| spicy mustard 25 g |
| white balsamic vinegar 15 ml |
| salt to taste |
| pepper to taste |
Step 1
Boil the beans in salted water.
Step 2
Cut boiled potatoes into slices and sauté in butter.
Step 3
Slice sweet pepper, cut tomatoes and eggs in half.
Step 4
Scoop lettuce into each plate. Arrange the peppers, beans, potatoes, tomatoes, eggs and olives.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, pour over the salad and top with the tuna. Enjoy!
