Nicoise salad with tuna

Exquisite, bright, hearty and very tasty French salad Nicoise with canned tuna

Ingredients


canned tuna (s/s) 160 g
boiled potatoes 120 g
boiled eggs 3
Iceberg lettuce 100 g
cherry tomatoes 100 g
green beans 100 g
sweet pepper 80 g
seedless olives 40 g
butter 30 g
salt to taste
DRESSING:
juice of half an orange
olive oil 60 g
spicy mustard 25 g
white balsamic vinegar 15 ml
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Boil the beans in salted water.

Step 2

Cut boiled potatoes into slices and sauté in butter.

Step 3

Slice sweet pepper, cut tomatoes and eggs in half.

Step 4

Scoop lettuce into each plate. Arrange the peppers, beans, potatoes, tomatoes, eggs and olives.

Step 5

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, pour over the salad and top with the tuna. Enjoy!
