We know, you're always on the go. That's why we found and tested for you a recipe that will perfectly complement your morning workouts, such as - tuna and greens salad with feta. Especially since it has few calories (where 115 kcal / 100 g).

green asparagus 50 g |
feta cheese 50 g |
canned tuna in its own juice 100 g |
olive oil 1 tbsp. |

Step 1
First you need to prepare the asparagus - peel the stem and ruthlessly cut off five centimeters at the base.
Step 2
Throw it in boiling water for 4 minutes, and immediately afterwards transfer it to a prepared bowl of cold water. This contrast will preserve the properties of asparagus and crunchiness.
Step 3
Next, tear lettuce leaves, slice tomatoes and asparagus. Add the tuna in its own juice and shredded feta cheese.
Step 4
Dress with olive oil, add balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and mix.
