150 g soft or processed cheese (you can use "Amber" processed cheese) |
Cheddar cheese 150 g |
egg yolk 3 pcs |

Step 1
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Step 2
Prepare the cheese sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the flour in it. Pour in the milk and stir until smooth. Add the nutmeg and bring to a boil, but do not boil. Pour in the broth, add the yolks and mix well. Then add the melted cheese, bring the sauce to a homogeneous consistency and remove from the stove. Pour in the grated cheddar and stir until the cheese is dissolved. Season to taste with salt.
Step 3
Pour the macaroni with the cheese sauce, pepper and stir. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese and bake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit!
