Casserole of tortiglioni pasta boiled in milk and butter, with pecorino cheese and chili peppers
tortiglioni (or other pasta) 300 g |
milk 300 ml |
butter 30 g |
grated pecorino cheese 150 g |

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 250 °C using the top heat and grill function.
Step 2
Boil the milk and butter in a large saucepan, salt, add the noodles and cook over a low heat for about 7 minutes. Stir constantly to prevent the noodles from sticking or sticking together.
Step 3
Then add 2 tbsp of pecorino and the chili pepper and salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 4
Cook for 4-5 minutes over a low heat.
Step 5
Place the noodles in a heatproof dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in the oven until golden.
