Simple and hearty casserole of potatoes and carrots with greens

Step 1
Fry on vegetable oil peeled potatoes cut into straws and separately - grated carrots.
Step 2
Season the potatoes with salt, black pepper and paprika, and the carrots with salt, black pepper and dried garlic.
Step 3
Separately fry chopped onions in butter. Season it with salt and pepper, put it in a greased with vegetable oil mold. Place the carrots on top of the onions and then the potatoes.
Step 4
Combine sour cream, eggs, chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 5
Bake at 180 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Bon appetit!
