Tender, delicious French casserole Parmantier with bacon

Ingredients


boiled potatoes 350 g
bacon 100 g
butter 20 g
onions 1 pc
hard cheese 100 g
salt, pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Mashed potato the boiled potatoes with butter until mashed.

Step 2

Fry the bacon in a dry frying pan, then transfer to a paper towel.

Step 3

Fry the onions in the bacon fat until transparent.

Step 4

Place the garnish rings on a parchment-lined baking tray. Fill them halfway with potatoes, then arrange the onions, half the bacon, another layer of potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 5

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Step 6

Serve the parmantier on lettuce leaves with cherry tomatoes and slices of fried bacon.
