Hearty potato casserole with ground beef and tomatoes
potatoes (boiled) 800 g |
ground beef 0.5 kg |
tomatoes 250 g |
grated hard cheese 200 g |
sour cream 200 g |
butter 70 g |

Step 1
Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices and place them overlapping in an oiled mold. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Fry the minced meat in oil until cooked through. Season with salt, black pepper and dried garlic. Stir and place on top of the potatoes.
Step 3
Spread the sour cream evenly on top, then the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and oregano and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 4
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
