Polish fast food from the seventies - baguette casseroles with chicken and mushrooms

| chicken breast 170 g |
| mushrooms 150 g |
| onion 1 pc |
| tomato 1 pc |
| mozzarella (grated on a coarse grater) 120 g |
| low-fat sour cream 100 g |
| green onion 15 g |
| vegetable oil 40 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| ketchup |
| oregano |
| dried garlic |
| paprika |
| salt |
| black pepper |
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into thin slices. Season with salt, spices and vegetable oil. Mix well and leave for a few minutes.
Step 2
Chop onion and mushrooms, fry in oil. Season with pepper and salt.
Step 3
Fry the meat until cooked through on a dry frying pan.
Step 4
For the sauce, chop green onion and tomato. Add sour cream, salt, black pepper and mix. In a separate bowl, mix the cheese and oregano.
Step 5
Cut baguette in half lengthwise, smear with sauce, lay out chicken breast, then fried mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 7-10 minutes at 220 degrees.
Step 6
Pour ketchup and sprinkle with green onions. Bon appetit!
