Baguette with minced chicken, ham and sweet pepper baked in leeson

| red onion 70 g |
| sweet pepper 120 g |
| wheat baguette 1 pc |
| hard cheese 150 g |
| processed cheese 100 g |
| milk 70 ml |
| cream (20%) 130 ml |
| eggs 4 pcs |
| butter 15 g |
| parsley 10 g |

Step 1
Combine chopped onion, parsley, pepper and ham. Add salt, black pepper, minced garlic and melted cheese. Stir.
Step 2
Cut the baguette into 8-10 pieces. Pick a little crumb out of each piece and dip in half the cream and milk mixture.
Step 3
Place the baguette slices in an oiled mold and fill with mincemeat. Arrange the bread crumbs randomly.
Step 4
Combine the remaining cream with eggs, salt and spices. Pour over the baguette.
Step 5
Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Bon appetit!
