Crispy French baguette stuffed with mushrooms, ham and chicken fillet

chicken fillet 150 g |
oyster mushrooms 150 g |
hard cheese 120 g |
cream (20%) 120 ml |
cornstarch 10 g |
vegetable oil 30 ml |

Step 1
Cut chicken fillet into small pieces, fry in vegetable oil. Add and fry the chopped mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, add starch and cream, bring the sauce to the boil.
Step 2
Cut the baguette lengthwise, remove some of the flesh and stuff it with slices of ham and the chicken and mushroom mixture in the sauce. Sprinkle with a mixture of grated cheese and shredded herbs. Bake for 12-14 minutes at 170℃. Enjoy.
