Fish casserole with vegetables

We will finish our sea journey in our native Odessa to prepare a dish popular in Andrey Dromov's family - fish casserole with vegetables.

Ingredients


mixed fish fillet 600 g
zucchini 300 g
broccoli florets 300 g
leek 80 g
melted cheese 175 g
milk 300 ml
flour 25 g
butter 60 g
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
dried garlic
turmeric

Instructions


Step 1

Blanch the broccoli florets in salted water.

Step 2

Fry the chopped leeks in oil. Add the flour, brown, pour in the milk and mix well. Then add the cheese and allow it to melt.

Step 3

Slice the fish and put it in the sauce. Season with turmeric, salt and black pepper. Then add the broccoli, sliced zucchini, salt and dried garlic. Stir!

Step 4

Transfer the mixture into a mold and bake at 200° for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
