A casserole of rice and minced chicken with mushrooms and green beans that can be served for lunch or dinner
| boiled round grain rice 800 g |
| minced chicken thighs 0.5 kg |
| mushrooms 300 g |
| chopped green beans 250 g |
| tomatoes 200 g |
| onions 150 g |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| eggs 4 pcs |
| hard cheese (grated on a coarse grater) 150 g |
| sour cream (10%) 200 g |
| vegetable oil 40 ml |

Step 1
Chop garlic and onion, fry in vegetable oil until browned.
Step 2
Add chopped mushrooms, fry for 5-6 minutes.
Step 3
Then add minced meat, fry until cooked through.
Step 4
Add the beans, Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Stir and remove from the stove.
Step 5
Combine eggs, sour cream, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix into rice.
Step 6
Grease a mold with oil. Layer half of the rice, the filling, the remaining rice and the tomato slices. Sprinkle with oregano and grated cheese.
Step 7
Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Enjoy.
