Vegetables with tender rolls of chicken fillet with mozzarella
chicken breasts (200 g each) 2 pieces |

cauliflower 200 g |
carrots 200 g |
green beans 150 g |
basil 10 g |
olive oil 50 ml |

Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into florets and dice the carrots. Boil in salted water together with string beans until half-cooked, then cool under running water and blot with paper towels. Transfer to a plastic container.
Step 2
Unwrap each chicken fillet in a butterfly shape, brush with oil, and season with salt, oregano, black pepper, and paprika. Place cheese slices and basil leaves inside. Roll up the rolls, pin them with toothpicks, put them in a plastic box and drizzle with oil. Put the vegetables and rolls in the freezer.
Step 3
In the morning, before work, move them to the refrigerator.
Step 4
In the evening, transfer to a ceramic mold, salt, pepper, pour oil and bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes. Bon appetit.
