Chicken rolls with ham and feta cheese
chicken fillet 2 pcs |
ham 2 slices |
feta 200 g |
basil 2 sprigs |
rosemary (fresh) 2 sprigs |
garlic 3 cloves |
vegetable oil |
salt |

Step 1
Mince garlic cloves, salt, add 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil. Chop basil. Beat the chicken fillets with a hammer. Mash the feta with a fork.
Step 2
Smear the beaten chicken fillet on one side with vegetable oil and garlic, sprinkle with basil, salt, put a piece of ham and a few spoonfuls of feta. Roll up the fillets in rolls.
Step 3
Put the rolls in a baking dish, pepper, grease with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180°C.
Garnish the finished dish with sprigs of rosemary.
