turkey fillet 1 pc
leek (white part) 1 pc
cashew nuts 100 g
butter
vegetable oil
sour cream (15%) 200-250 ml
salt

Step 1
Slice the turkey fillets into slices about 1 cm thick. Lightly baste, covering with cling film so that the fibers are not damaged. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Grind the cashew nuts in a coffee grinder.
Step 3
Heat vegetable and butter oil in a skillet. Cut the white part of the leek into rings and fry for 3-5 minutes. Add the nuts to the onions and fry for another minute.
Step 4
Place the onion-nut stuffing on top of the turkey and roll up. Tie with cooking string or secure with toothpicks.
Step 5
Place the rolls in a mold and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 170°C.
