Step 1
Beat the cottage cheese with a blender. Add zest, eggs, 30 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, semolina, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Grease each sheet of dough with butter, place a quarter of the filling on it and roll up into a tube, turning the edges inwards. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Step 3
Bake at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
