Crispy potato tubes with mozzarella cheese
potatoes (boiled) 600 g |
mozzarella cheese 150 g |
eggs 3 pcs |
wheat flour 40 g |
breadcrumbs 130 g |
vegetable oil 100 ml |
TO TASTE: |
salt |
black pepper |
nutmeg |
paprika |
ground dried onion |
Step 1
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Add the flour, 1 egg, salt, nutmeg, black pepper, dried onion and knead the dough. Cut the cheese into wedges.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat two eggs with a pinch of salt. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and paprika.
Step 3
Wrap the cheese bars in the potato batter. Dip them in the egg and coat them in the paprika breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Fry in vegetable oil until browned. Bon appetit!
