yeast dough (basic recipe) 300-350 g |
ham 70 g |
mascarpone cheese 100 g |
Gouda cheese 50 g |
Parmesan cheese 30 g |
mozzarella cheese 1/2 head |
egg 1 egg |

Step 1
Prepare the yeast dough using the basic recipe.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into thin flakes and place on a floured pizza stone or baking tray.
Step 3
Grate the Parmesan and Gouda, break the mozzarella into small pieces and thinly slice the ham.
Step 4
Spread half of the pizza base with the mascarpone, add the Gouda cheese, ham slices and cover with the free half. Pinch the edges of the pizza well.
Step 5
Beat the egg, brush the pizza with it and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
