Tiramisu is the most popular Italian dessert in the world. Besides the classic coffee tiramisu, you can make strawberry, peach or raspberry tiramisu... You can also add not only berries and fruits, but also other ingredients to the recipe. For example, halva, as Dasha did when making her blueberry tiramisu!

Ingredients


mascarpone cheese 500 g
Savoiardi cookies 8 pieces
blueberry tincture 200 ml
blueberries 200 g
eggs 3 pcs
halva 100 g
powdered sugar 2 tbsp.
salt pinch

Instructions


Step 1

Wash and dry the blueberries.

Step 2

Separate the yolks from the whites. Combine the yolks with the powdered sugar and beat until lightened. Lightly salt the whites and also whisk to a stiff foam.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the beaten yolks with the mascarpone cheese and mix thoroughly. Add the whipped whites to the cheese mixture and mix well again until smooth.

Step 4

Soak the Savoiardi cookies in the blueberry infusion. Break the halva into small pieces.

Step 5

Place the blueberry-infused cookies on the bottom of the clear glasses, top with the mascarpone cream, then the halva pieces and fresh blueberries. Repeat all the layers again and send the tiramisu to the refrigerator.

Р. S. For the inner layers of the Blueberry Tiramisu, the blueberries can be crushed - this way we will have extra blueberry flavor and color.
