A terrific dessert called Hungarian tiramisu — Shomlói galuska (Shomlói galuska)

CREME: |

cornstarch 2 tbsp. |
milk 700 ml |
butter 50 g |
cream (at least 30%) 150 ml |

raisins 100 g |
walnuts 100 g |
Step 1
Prepare the biscuit. Mix 120 g of flour, starch and baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Pour the mixture of dry ingredients into the beaten eggs, mix gently and divide the mixture in half. Add the cocoa to one half and the remaining 15g of flour to the other half and mix.
Step 2
Using the foil, divide the baking tray into 2 parts. Cover each part with parchment paper and fill with different types of dough. Bake the cakes in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 3
Pour the raisins in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain and dry them with a paper towel.
Step 4
Prepare the cream. Mix the yolks with half the sugar, vanilla sugar, starch and beat with a whisk. Add the remaining sugar to the milk and heat to 75-80 degrees.
Step 5
Pour half of the milk into the egg mixture and mix until homogeneous. Then combine the mixture with the remaining milk and stirring all the time bring to the first bubble. Add butter, mix well, cover the cream with foil and cool completely.
Step 6
Whip the cream to stiff peaks and mix gently into the cooled cream.
Step 7
Assemble the dessert by alternating layers of cream, biscuit pieces, raisins and nuts. Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Step 8
Before serving, you can decorate with mint and sprinkle with cocoa. Bon appetit!
