Imagine such a flower pot on the table! But the main thing in our dessert is not only serving, but also quick and easy preparation. There is very little mascapone and no eggs at all. But we have cottage cheese, cream, fresh espresso and mini cookies. Garnish with cocoa, grated chocolate, mint, candied flowers and kumquats. Be sure to make it!

| powdered sugar |
| mascapone 100 g |
| strong coffee 50 ml |
| Ladyfingers cookies 100 g |
| grated chocolate 2 tbsp. |
| cocoa |
| fresh mint |
| kumquat |

Step 1
Beat the cottage cheese, cream and powdered sugar with a mixer. Add powdered sugar to taste.
Step 2
Add the mascapone and beat again until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the strong coffee into the cream-cheese mixture and whisk.
Step 4
Add the cookies and stir with a spatula.
Step 5
Spoon the dessert into pretty cups. Flatten with a spoon and sprinkle cocoa and grated chocolate over the top to resemble a flowerpot.
Step 6
Insert a sprig of mint in each one, decorate with a kumquat cut in half and candied flowers.
