Do you or your kids not like dairy products? Then this recipe is for you! An excellent dairy dessert with air bubbles that burst pleasantly on the tongue. Milk jelly turns out moderately sweet with a very delicate and porous structure. For preparation, you can use kefir or ryazhanka. Dessert with kefir turns out with a plombir flavor, but the dessert with ryazhanka will have a delicate flavor of crème brûlée. Even the most amolochic people will not remain indifferent!
Kefir or ryazhenka 500 ml |
Sour cream 200 gr |
Sugar 100 gr |
Vanilla sugar 0,5 sachets |
Gelatin 10 gr |
Step 1
Soak one full tablespoon (10g) of gelatin in a little water and leave to swell for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
When the gelatin is swollen, transfer it to a saucepan and put it on low heat. It only needs to melt. Do not overheat, otherwise it will lose its gelling properties. It should turn out water, remove it from the heat and let it cool down.
Step 3
Next, in a deep bowl put 200 grams (one full cup) of low-fat sour cream. To it add one cup of sugar (you can put less sugar, if you like less sweet desserts) and a bag of vanilla sugar (or vanilla on the tip of a knife). All beat with a mixer until the sugar is dissolved, then, continuing to beat at maximum speed, pour in half a liter of kefir or ryazhenka. Whip the mixture for three minutes. Then, also continuing to whisk, pour in a thin stream of gelatin and whisk the mixture for another three minutes.
Step 4
Pour the dessert into molds, cover with cling film or saucer and put in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
Step 5
Alternatively, you can dip the dessert in hot water for a couple of seconds and remove it from the mold. The finished dessert will please you with its tenderness and a large number of bubbles that burst pleasantly in the mouth.
