Baked marinated peppers with sea cocktail by Andrey Dromov's home recipe

Ingredients


sweet pepper 2 pcs
honey 25 g
table vinegar 20 ml
vegetable oil 50 ml
sea cocktail 250 g
parsley 10 g
green onion 10 g
TO TASTE:
salt
ground black pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Place the peppers on a baking tray lined with parchment, brush with vegetable oil and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Then place it in a pan, cover with a lid and leave it for 20 minutes. Afterwards, peel the peppers from the skin and seeds and cut them into arbitrary shapes.

Step 3

Prepare the dressing. Combine vinegar, honey, salt, black pepper, vegetable oil and mix.

Step 4

Sieve the sea cocktail from the oil and combine with the pepper and dressing. Add the chopped herbs and stir to combine.

Step 5

Serve the appetizer with crispy pita bread, garnished with a sprig of basil, if desired. Enjoy.
