Not only is cottage cheese a healthy and delicious product, but it is also versatile! The dish we are preparing today only confirms this! And we are going to cook baked peppers stuffed with cottage cheese and nuts.

9% cottage cheese 200 g |
cream 2-3 tbsp. |

basil (fresh) |

Step 1
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and stems. Cut into 3 pieces.
Step 2
Whisk the cottage cheese with the cream. Add chopped nuts, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Spread the paste on the pepper bars and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 160C.
Step 4
Serve sprinkled with finely chopped basil.
