Flavorful stuffed peppers.
sweet pepper (200 g each) 4 pieces |

boiled round rice 150 g |
pelati tomatoes 400 g |

Step 1
Slice the peppers into rings, about 5cm thick, chop the trimmings together with the parsley, garlic and bacon.
Step 2
Add the rice, minced meat, salt, meat seasoning, black pepper and paprika. Mix well.
Step 3
Stuff the peppers and fry in oil until browned.
Step 4
For the sauce, beat the tomatoes with a blender, season with salt, pepper, sugar and dried basil. Stir!
Step 5
Place the stuffed peppers in the mold, pour the sauce over them and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes at 160 degrees. Bon appetit!
