For dessert, Spanish churros with chocolate sauce.

| milk 160 ml |
| butter 85 g |
| salt pinch |
| sugar a pinch |
| powdered sugar 80 g |
| ground cinnamon 5 g |
| vegetable oil 1 liter |
| CHOCOLATE SAUCE: |
| dark chocolate (72%) 300 g |
| butter 50 g |
| milk 200 ml |
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Combine the milk, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Pour in the sifted flour, knead the dough and let it cool for 5 minutes. Then add one egg at a time, stirring constantly until smooth.
Step 2
Transfer the dough to a pastry bag, drop in long strips into the hot oil and fry until golden. Place the churros on a paper towel and sprinkle with the powdered sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce. Heat the milk and butter in a saucepan, add the chocolate and, stirring constantly, bring to a smooth paste.
Step 4
Serve the churros with the chocolate sauce.
