Crunchy sweet strudel with roasted pumpkin and nuts with a distinct orange flavor.

Step 1
Prepare the stuffing. Spray the diced pumpkin with vegetable oil and wrap it in foil. Make a few holes in the foil and bake the pumpkin at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Step 2
To the cooled pumpkin add zest and pulp of oranges, vanilla sugar, coarsely chopped hazelnuts, honey, and starch. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Brush each sheet of phyllo dough with melted butter. Then place a quarter of the filling on the edge of each sheet and roll up the rolls, tucking the edges inward. Place the strudels on parchment and brush with vegetable oil.

Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

Then let the strudels cool a little and serve with powdered sugar.
