This week we prepared for you traditional German dishes, with which the fun, hoppy and favorite beer holiday becomes also very tasty! Today we are preparing a quick apple strudel!
puff pastry 1 package |
apples 6 pcs |
raisins 150 g |
walnuts 100 g |
ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. |
butter |
sugar |
FOR SERVING: |
powdered sugar |
vanilla ice cream |
Step 1
Defrost the puff pastry. Cut the pastry into small squares and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Step 2
Wash and dry the apples. Cut each apple in half and remove the core (we recommend leaving the tail for beauty). Place an apple half on each square of dough.
Step 3
Grind the raisins, walnuts, sugar and cinnamon in a coffee grinder. Spoon the walnut mixture into each apple.
Step 4
Send the strudel to bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 C.
Step 5
Take the finished apples out of the oven, cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
