Mini layers with spicy vegetable filling and smoked chicken pieces

Step 1
Prepare the stuffing. Cut zucchini, peppers and chicken fillet into slices and fry in vegetable oil, stirring occasionally. Add salt, dried garlic, black pepper, Italian herbs, mix and let the stuffing cool down a bit.
Step 2
Dust the table with flour, roll out the dough and cut into squares. Put cream cheese in the middle of each square, brush the edges with egg yolk, then place the filling on top of the cream cheese. Pinch the edges and brush the surface of the puffs with egg yolk.
Step 3
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
