There are many recipes with puff pastry. And, of course, simplifies the preparation of any dish is that the dough can be bought ready-made, adding only your favorite filling. That's what we're doing today! We are preparing puff pastry with cottage cheese, spinach and sorrel.

Step 1
Steam the spinach slightly and chop. Chop the sorrel. Mix with the crepe, add the egg, salt and mix.
Step 2
Cut the dough into squares. Spread the filling and join the edges to make triangles.
Step 3
Place the puffs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 170°C.
