Sausages in pancake batter

A nutritious protein breakfast in the form of sausage in pancake batter with cheese.

Ingredients


sausages 2 pcs
eggs 4 pcs
cornstarch 2 tsp.
cream (30%) 40 ml
hard cheese (grated) 80 g
vegetable oil 25 ml
dill 15 g
parsley 15 g
green onion 15 g
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Mix cream, eggs, salt, black pepper, starch and chopped herbs.

Step 2

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Pour in the batter, allow it to set. After sprinkling with cheese, let it melt. Then place boiled sausage on one edge of the pancake, wrap it in the batter for 1/3.

Step 3

Pour batter into the space vacated in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, let melt again. After completely wrapping the sausage in the batter. Enjoy.
