Appetizing chicken rolls in cream sauce with spinach and vegetables

Step 1
Spread the chicken fillets, cover with clingfilm and baste. Season with salt and spices, place the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach on the edge and roll up into tight rolls. Bake them in flour, dip them in beaten eggs and roll them in breadcrumbs. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 2
Fry chopped onion and garlic in butter. Add diced zucchini and tomato, spinach, cream, grated cheese, salt, black pepper and cook until cheese is melted.
Step 3
Slice rolls and place in sauce. Enjoy.
